When will my order be dispatched?

All orders are dispatched Monday - Friday.

Orders placed before 12.00 midday (Monday - Friday) will be dispatched the same day.  Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.

What delivery options do you offer?

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £3.50 per order (FREE WHEN YOU SPEND £30 OR MORE)

DPD Express Next Day - £6.50 per order

When can I expect to receive my order?

Orders sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48  are usually delivered within 2 - 3 days of being dispatched.

Orders sent using DPD Express Next Day are received the next working day (Monday - Friday), when you order before 12.00 midday.  Orders placed after 12.00 midday on Friday, or over the weekend, will be sent out on Monday and will be delivered on Tuesday.

Do you post overseas?

At the present time, we are only shipping within the UK.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged in any way.  Swimwear must have the hygiene strip in tact.  Any hosiery or socks must be unopened.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
